I will outline some evidence- based well-being theories, tools and techniques which can inform your work as a Coach, Counsellor, Psychotherapist or allied Professional.
This course is collaborative and interactive which it is hoped will encourage a sharing of knowledge and skills. Therefore, we will be putting theory into practice to test the effectiveness of Positive Psychology and positive psychology interventions (PPI).
Participants will learn more about the science of Positive Psychology (positive psychology is an evidence-based approach), well-being theories and evidence-based tools and techniques. You will first and foremost have an opportunity to increase your personal awareness about your own well- being and how you can support yourself towards feeling more energised, identifying your goals and working towards living your best life.
The aim of this course is to support you to feel confident enough to integrate Positive Psychology into your life, into work with your clients and to be inspired to continue studying more about the science of Positive Psychology.
To explore ways of integrating Positive Psychology and the benefits of a positive psychology paradigm into your professional practice
After 30 years working in education, training and sales, I gained an MSc distinction in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I now have the privilege of doing what I really enjoy, that is, supporting adults in their professional life towards increased self- awareness and a lasting sense of ease and aliveness.
